Keeping Fit To Fight Against Covid-19

With Covid-19 outbreak happening around the world, we could use some nice sweet photos to cheer us up. Linna, with her sweet and warm smile, is the perfect candidate! She loves to work out and usually exercises outdoor. Her recent post of her wearing face mask and tight fitness outfit on the beach attracted many attention on social media.

Linna is a tall girl. She loves hiking or power walk at the park. She is also very active on social media. Sometimes she will post funny video on Tik Tok to entertain her followers.

Beauty with Good Heart

Nicknamed ‘The Most Beautiful Fish Seller in Taiwan’, Liu, a famous influencer decided that she must get involved and help out the frontline workers in battling Covid-19 pandemic that is currently spreading rapidly in Taiwan.

The next day after her vaccination, she suffered from the expected side effects such as fever and sore arm etc. She took Panadol to reduce her fever so that she would not missed the induction to be a volunteered frontline workers.

頂著「最美魚販」封號的阿澎（劉心語）近日因為看到本土疫情升溫，加上醫護人員的人力越來越緊繃，讓她覺得無法再置身事外，便決定接受醫護人員的徵召，加入前線一起參與抗疫的行動！而她在1日透露自己已經接種疫苗並開始受訓後，隔天馬上有發燒等症狀，讓她心急的想說，「必須要努力退燒，發燒就不能去前線實習了！」引起網友熱烈關注與討論！

劉心語最近在社群平台上發文透露，三天前線實習訓練完成，只是在1日打完疫苗之後，「雖然有預防性吃退燒藥，但半夜還是開始發燒，甚至出現肌肉痠痛到睡不著、頭暈、眼壓高、鼻塞、食慾差、打針手抬不起來等COVID-19症狀，一整個晚上在睡睡醒醒中渡過」，但她內心也努力告訴自己，「必須要努力退燒，因為發燒就不能去前線實習了」。

還好她在3日時就順利退燒，也穿了PPE（兔寶寶）裝整整三個小時查看確診者，她也提到，「主要是剛打完疫苗一天...雖然退燒了，但其他症狀還是非常不舒服」。後來她也聽到其他學姊們說，「當初他們都是打完疫苗直接上，連續做了17天都還沒休息」，讓劉心語忍不住讚嘆，「前線真的很辛苦，大家要多多給她們鼓勵！今天到家解放開始昏睡，現在要繼續去昏睡了...」。
