An attractive girl with perfect body was seen wearing an illuminated mini skirt walking around the street. She might as well looks like she has magic as most onlookers were seen stopped to take a look at her as though she has stopped time in a sci-fi or fantasy movie.
The lighting only shines at her long legs. There is a band of LED attached to the inner lining of the skirt. I won't be surprised that it is a man who invented this.
