8 Exercises To Burn Fat And Sculpt A Great Body

Tabata is an exercise that focuses on intense activities in a short period of time. Great care has to be taken to avoid injury due to its intensity. Warm up is a must before performing these exercises. You have to do these exercises according to your own ability and not blindly follow what others are doing. As these exercises will increase your heart rates, people with high blood pressure are advised not to do it. Consult your doctor for other more suitable exercises.
