The image most people have about Tokyo is that it is a modern metropolis with fast pace and hectic lifestyle. It is a place of seriousness where most of the buildings are grey in colour. It is not a city associated with fun and craziness. Tokyo means business.
However, there are the other side of Tokyo in a much lighter tone. The Tokyo that is both colourful and creative. The fashion worn by these girls on Tokyo streets clearly manifested that kind of freedom and less serious.
