Most celebrity got to walk on the red carpet when they are famous not the way around. Well this is usually the case anyway. Very seldom you will find situation whereby walking on the red carpet actually makes the person even more popular.
Oh In-Hye is such celebrity. She was a little known South Korean
actress until she wore a red plunging neckline dress and walked on the
red carpet at the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF).
She must be extra careful walking in that revealing dress.
That was the first time she ever walked on the red carpet and she definitely knew how to make a high impact entrance! It's like she's telling the world: "I've arrived!" to make a statement in positioning her in the Korean entertainment universe.
