The 26th Golden Melody Awards was held in Taipei Arena on June 27 and it is during this annual event that artistes would wear their most glamorous outfits to walk on the red carpet as a way to further 'market' themselves to the outside world. On this particular occasion that evening Jolin Tsai (蔡依林) was spotted wearing a shockingly low cut outfit.
Although most celebrities like Eason Chan, Jacky Cheung, Khalil Fong, William Wei, Yang Pei An, Karen Mok, A Mei, A-Lin, Waa Wei, Lala Hsu, Jay Chou, Dee Hsu and Wang Leehom were at their best on the red carpet, it was Jolin Tsai who stole the limelight with her stunning dress that enhanced her beauty.
